Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and maintain strong client relationships with Global Clients, delivering first-class service and timely break resolution across multiple products in global markets.
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders including Prime Brokerage Trade Support, Prematch and Fails, Business Units, and senior management to ensure seamless client service.
  • Oversee client-related processes such as trade amendments, queries, and reporting, ensuring completion within strict timelines.
  • Plan and organize projects, initiatives, and team testing, driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver management and stakeholder reports, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely communication.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are accurate, updated, and strictly adhered to.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend process enhancements.
  • Identify, assess, and escalate risk items to management in a timely manner, mitigating potential business and client impacts
