What you'll be doing:

You’ll own the financial and operational foundations of the business, including:

• Managing day-to-day finance operations and keeping everything running smoothly
• Owning Xero, payroll, month-end, P&L and cash flow forecasting
• Managing superannuation, leave, onboarding/offboarding and employee records
• Working closely with external accountants, tax advisers and legal advisers
• Helping build better systems, processes and controls as the business grows
• Coordinating operational and people-related tasks across the team
• Helping navigate the practical side of expanding into international markets
• Spotting issues before they become problems and taking ownership of getting them sorted
