Description
Develop pricing guidelines and deal playbooks in line with product roadmaps and business plans. Build financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing decisions and optimize revenue. Monitor industry benchmarks, competitor pricing, and macroeconomic trends affecting revenue. Analyze profitability and commercial terms for new deals, assessing financial and contractual risks. Prepare recommendations and support internal approval processes for pricing and commercial structures. Track ASPs, discounts, and margin drivers; build dashboards and scorecards to highlight performance gaps. Provide actionable insights and forecasting to improve price realization and revenue performance. Package complex data into concise narratives and visuals for executive reviews. Clearly communicate trade-offs, scenarios, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Recommend improvements to deal structures (e.g., incentives, credits, multi-system packages) to enhance value capture. Embed pricing KPIs and governance into business processes to ensure consistency and accountability. BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years in finance, pricing, or business analysis—ideally in semiconductor capital equipment or complex engineered products. Advanced Excel skills (modeling, scenario, sensitivity); experience with BI tools (Tableau); strong financial modeling skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and pricing modules. Deep understanding of pricing mechanics (ASPs, discounts, incentives), value-based pricing, and contract terms. Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and how deal terms influence timing and risk. Exceptional ability to distill complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executives. Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
