Responsibilities
- Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, including creating POs and processing vendor invoices.
- Process payroll, employee expenses, and generate sales orders with precision.
- Produce critical financial and inventory reports for management.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving vendor inquiries and building relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Uphold safety protocols and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Safeguard all confidential company and customer information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a manufacturing environment.
- Must be intermediate-to-advanced in Microsoft Excel, with proven experience using PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP software is a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check and a comprehensive background check.
- Must be able to provide 2-3 professional references upon request.
- Payroll (e.g., PCP) or accounting designations are a plus.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: Surrey, British Columbia
- Type: 8 weeks - Contract
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: Weekly pay
