Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle, including creating POs and processing vendor invoices.
  • Process payroll, employee expenses, and generate sales orders with precision.
  • Produce critical financial and inventory reports for management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for resolving vendor inquiries and building relationships.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Uphold safety protocols and coordinate facility maintenance.
  • Safeguard all confidential company and customer information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must be intermediate-to-advanced in Microsoft Excel, with proven experience using PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP software is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional communication.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal record check and a comprehensive background check.
  • Must be able to provide 2-3 professional references upon request.
  • Payroll (e.g., PCP) or accounting designations are a plus.

Employment Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: Surrey, British Columbia
  • Type: 8 weeks - Contract
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Weekly pay
  • Additional Info: Possibility of extension
