Este rol es responsable del mantenimiento diario, resolución de incidencias, validación de flujos, coordinación con Producto/Tech y acompañamiento operativo para asegurar que el proceso Procure-to-Pay funcione sin fricciones, así como de liderar proyectos de desarrollo de implementaciones internas del equipo. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Soporte Técnico & Atención al Cliente Interno Ser el primer punto de contacto para incidencias, errores, dudas y solicitudes relacionadas con Coupa, SAP, Netsuite y flujos P2P. Atender y resolver requerimientos que se escalen de usuarios internos. Hacer troubleshooting funcional y técnico de problemas en órdenes de compra, aprobaciones, facturas, proveedores, workflows y flujos de integración. Documentar casos, soluciones y lecciones aprendidas. Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento diario del ecosistema P2P, validando integraciones, sincronizaciones, reglas de negocio y aprobaciones. Gestionar ajustes funcionales dentro de Coupa (configuración de reglas, roles, vistas, keywords, workflows simples). Mantener actualizados catálogos, suppliers, niveles de aprobación y configuraciones menores. Supervisar la salud operacional del sistema (errores de integración, flujos fallidos, órdenes atoradas, proveedores con datos incompletos, etc.). Proveer el análisis funcional necesario para que TI pueda implementar mejoras. Seguimiento de tickets, backlog, incidentes y evolutivos con TI, Producto y stakeholders. Validar releases, pruebas UAT y nuevos features antes de go-live de implementaciones. Velar por el cumplimiento de mejores prácticas de Procurement dentro de la plataforma. Actualizar documentación, SOPs, matrices de flujos y manuales de usuario Identificar oportunidades de optimización en la experiencia de usuario y estabilidad del P2P Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe? Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Software, Administración o carreras afines. 3 a 5 años en roles de soporte, sistemas, implementación o administración de ERPs/P2P. Conocimiento funcional de Coupa, SAP, Netsuite, o plataformas similares de compras/finanzas. Experiencia resolviendo errores de integración, datos maestros, aprobaciones y flujos P2P. Capacidad de atención al usuario, análisis de problemas y comunicación clara. Manejo de herramientas de tickets (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow). Inglés Intermedio - Portugues deseable. Valorable experiencia en consultoría o áreas de soporte. Responsibilities

The Finance Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the continuity and proper functioning of Rappi's P2P ecosystem, providing technical and functional support to the Procurement team and internal users. This includes troubleshooting issues, managing integrations, and leading internal implementation projects.
