Standard sales schedule: Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled day off Estimated Annual Performance Based Compensation Range: $175,000.00 - $300,000.00 In this role, you will: Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services Present warranties, GAP insurance and other beneficial products offered by the dealership Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintain a high level of productivity Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to the transaction and submits to the dealership’s Accounting Department in a timely manner Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience Other tasks assigned by the management team Our employee benefits include: Robust benefits package Growth opportunities 401(k) options with a company Match Vacation, Sick/personal, paid holidays, paid day off for our birthday and a paid day to volunteer in the community Employee referral bonus program Employee discounts on merchandise, repairs and vehicle purchases Fun perks such opportunities for tickets to sporting & concert events and more Smoke Free Campus Requirements Prior experience in a dealership F&I department Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, e-mail, Excel & Word Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines DealerTrack Experience a plus Be a motivated self-starter Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner Ability to work Saturdays
