Description

The Aboriginal Coalition to End Homelessness Society is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team in a new role designed to strengthen our internal financial and program reporting. The ideal candidate has experience working with non-profit organizations in project management and/or financial capacity. This role involves working closely with the operations and finance teams, and requires confidence in handling a variety of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Review monthly financial reporting processes and manage Accounts Receivable
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for over 30 active funding agreements
  • Collaborate closely with program managers to gather and maintain complete, compliant documentation for all financial reporting requirements
  • Provide support across core financial and administrative functions, including Accounts Payable and Payroll, as needed.
    Title: Finance & Programs Administrator
    Position Type: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
    Hourly Wage: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
    Location: In-office
    Start Date: August 5, 2025
    End Date: March 31, 2026, with opportunity to extend
