REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in project finance, mergers & acquisitions, or financial integration.
  • Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and consolidation processes.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience in mid-to-large scale finance transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with UK GAAP

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Project Finance Manager to support a strategic UK merger involving the consolidation of 10 trading entities initially. This role is critical in aligning financial operations and ensuring a smooth transition to a unified, consolidated entity. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline balance sheet reconciliations and support post-merger integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting on the financial integration of 10 UK entities into a single consolidated structure.
  • Own and drive the alignment of balance sheet reconciliations across entities.

• Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and processes.

  • Support the development of consolidated reporting frameworks and controls.
  • Provide strategic input on financial systems and process improvements.
  • Act as a key liaison between finance and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and internal policies.
