REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years product management experience, with 3+ years in card issuing/acquiring financial systems at fintechs or banks.
• Domain mastery:Card lifecycle finance & acquiring operationsCard network clearing (files/timelines/rules)Fee structures (interchange/scheme fees)
• SQL/Python proficiency for transaction data analysis.
• Proven ability to optimize finance-risk-cost balance.

• Own financial system modules for card issuing & acquiring: ledger, clearing/settlement, reconciliation, fee distribution.
• Optimize E2E financial flows (issuing lifecycle & merchant acquiring), driving automation for efficiency/accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs: funds clearing speed, settlement accuracy, reconciliation rates, fee precision.
• Leverage transaction data for risk/finance alignment (reserves, loss control).
• Ensure compliance with card network (Visa/MC/UPI), bank, and regulatory rules.
