Tasks

• They assume responsibility for the planning, management and successful implementation of global finance projects – currently especially for SAP FI/CO rollouts.
• They analyze the country-specific requirements on site and derive the necessary measures for the project from this.
• They ensure the project's success within the defined timeframe.
• They act as the central point of contact for the global project team as well as for all relevant stakeholders.
• They communicate and document project content, results and status reports clearly, in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and transparently.
• They use modern project management methods and maintain all project-related information in the appropriate tools (e.g. Clarity, JIRA).
• They ensure compliance with DACHSER standards in all relevant financial processes.
• They independently take on project tasks – especially in cases of unclear responsibilities, process definition, or conflict situations – in close collaboration with the project participants.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in business administration or a project management-oriented course of study.
• Certified knowledge in agile or classic project management or additional qualifications in areas such as business moderation, change management or communication management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO or accounting skills is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English skills; additional foreign languages ​​are a plus.
• Strong process-oriented thinking, high organizational skills, structured working methods and excellent communication skills.
