QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of managerial experience, with a track record of managing a team of 5 or more.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, best practices, and tax regulations, especially within Middle Eastern or European markets.
• Deep expertise in complex financial accounting processes and systems.
• Proficiency in financial management software.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to create strategic solutions.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Develop financial strategies, conduct commercial analysis, and provide risk management guidance for day-to-day operations.
• Handle all financial and accounting responsibilities, including reconciliations, monthly financial statements, management reports, and daily cash flow management (including oversight of liquid capital and monitoring).
• Implement financial systems and internal controls for the team.
• Ensure the company’s financial operations and contracts adhere to regulatory compliance.
