We are seeking a driven and adaptable individual to support the Sales & Finance Department within a multi-location marine dealership. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and implement all aspects of the sales, finance, and insurance process for marine product transactions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless deal flow and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle—before, during, and after the sale.

Customer Service Experience

• Deliver a customer-first experience through personalized, attentive service.

Finance & Sales

• Support and help manage all aspects of the sales and finance process in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Assist in integrating lending and sales processes for boats ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000.
• Present and sell extended service and protection products using a structured, feature-benefit-value menu-selling system.
• Foster a team-oriented atmosphere by leading through example.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager and sales team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Continuously seek and apply tools to enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
