Job Summary Your Impact: Responsible for implementing and administering incentive plans and commission payouts. Responsible for calculating incentive commissions for all sales employee with focus on accuracy, completeness and consistency as defined in the commission plans. Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders. Assist with internal process improvement initiatives. Ad hoc reporting and analysis. Reconciliation of commission discrepancies and data anomalies The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask. Experience in sales compensation, at least 5 years Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Hands-on experience with a software-based commission tool.
