We are looking for experienced sales superstars with proven experience working towards and exceeding KPIs and sales targets, whilst delivering an exemplary customer experience to kickstart a rewarding career as an Asset Finance Consultant with Stratton Finance. You will be joining a diverse team of Brokers in an experienced Asset Finance Brokerage. In this role, you will be assisting customers to obtain finance from our extensive panel of lenders, delivering an exceptional customer experience to create your own book of clients and to deliver on sales results. You will have a customer centric approach to sales, servicing dynamic finance enquiries including vehicles, leisure, equipment, personal loans and more. Additional responsibilities include:

Important: This position is scheduled to commence on September 15th.

  • Prepare for success by prioritising and multitasking to ensure timely and quality handling of all customer enquiries
  • Be the first point of contact for new finance enquiries via phone, online & referral
  • Be an expert in finance lending options to provide customers the best solution from our extensive lender panel
  • Prepare, review and submit finance applications on your customers behalf
  • Be the MVP between multiple stakeholders including lenders, vehicle sellers, settlements to facilitate a smooth customer experience
  • Ensure all finance applications are compliant with industry regulations, company policies, and lending guidelines.
