Description

£25,396 BASE SALARY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE £40K+)

Looking to turn conversations into commissions in a business that lives and breathes motorcycles? At SuperBike Factory, we’re looking for a confident, target-driven Finance Sales Executive to guide customers through their bike finance journey—from first enquiry to final approval.
If you’re organised, customer-focused, and ready to hit the ground running, this is your chance to join Europe’s largest used motorbike retailer and help riders get on the road with confidence.

WHO WE ARE:

SuperBike Factory is Europe’s largest used motorcycle retailer, with over 3,000 bikes in stock and six locations across the UK. Since 2010, we’ve been helping customers find and fund their dream ride—offering expert advice, flexible finance, and great service every step of the way. Our Finance Sales Team is right at the heart of that experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling incoming leads – from online enquiries, referrals, and showroom visits
  • Providing a seamless experience – guiding customers through the entire finance process
  • Managing your pipeline – staying on top of each customer and moving them forward efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance – working within FCA regulations and Consumer Duty guidelines (training provided)
  • Logging activity – keeping accurate records in the CRM for every call, conversation, and customer update
  • Hitting your targets – working to clear KPIs and commission goals, while always keeping service front and centre
