In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll be the bridge between sales and finance, leading deal compliance, managing lender relationships, and maximizing backend product sales, while also jumping in at the sales desk to desk deals, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in RV, marine, or automotive finance management required.
  • Experience desking deals and working with sales teams preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, compliance requirements, and deal structures.
  • Proven track record of selling backend protection products.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and digital paperwork systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES (PRIMARY)

  • Prepare, review, and finalize all finance documentation to ensure compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
  • Secure loan approvals and funding by working closely with lending institutions.
  • Present and sell backend protection products (service contracts, roadside, tire/wheel, etc.) to customers.
  • Ensure a seamless, customer-friendly finance process from deal approval to delivery.

SALES DESK RESPONSIBILITIES (SECONDARY)

  • Desk deals, structure payments, and assist sales staff in closing transactions.
  • Support the sales team with deal strategies, trade evaluations, and lender program selection.
  • Assist with coaching and mentoring sales staff on deal structure and customer engagement.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in dealership events, including RV shows, off-site sales events, and in-house promotions.
  • Assist with sales training and ongoing development of sales and finance team members.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to meet sales and profitability goals.
