Job Description Responsible for overall accounts receivable (AR) settlement and contract management in automotive logistics Ensure accurate and timely billing and settlement processes Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including finance and legal teams) to support smooth operations Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with business requirements Drive settlement processes proactively to improve efficiency Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in finance, data, or related fields Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese + English or Chinese + Bahasa Indonesia; able to handle not only daily communication but also understand contract-related terminology and support coordination with Chinese and Indonesian finance/legal teams Data Handling Skills: Strong Excel skills; understanding of financial data logic and reconciliation is required. Basic financial knowledge is a plus Coordination Skills: Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities; proactive in driving processes rather than passively waiting for approvals (e.g., OA workflow)
