Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Sector Product Marketing Specialist to join our Ireland team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the marketing and sales efforts for our Loan Management System (LMS), a key aimed at helping credit unions, smaller banks, and financial brokers streamline and optimize their loan management processes. You will work on both product marketing and sales, ensuring the solution resonates with the needs of our target audience while raising awareness, educating clients, and driving product adoption.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in our Citywest office and 2 days per week working remotely.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in software marketing or a related role, preferably within the finance or FinTech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product positioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies for financial products.
  • Experience with selling software products or working in a sales-driven environment (experience in the finance industry is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver product demos and training sessions (both in-person and online).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and independently drive initiatives with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with email marketing, cold calling, and other sales/marketing outreach strategies.
  • A passion for educating customers, driving product awareness, and building strong relationships with financial institutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to promote our Loan Management System, ensuring its value is effectively communicated to target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to define and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for the loan management product.
  • Sell and upsell the Loan Management System to credit unions, smaller banks, and financial brokers, focusing on driving new customer acquisition and expanding the use of the product among existing clients.
  • Educate customers on the value and benefits of the Loan Management System, ensuring they understand its features and capabilities to improve their loan management processes.
  • Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, white papers, case studies, webinars, and online content) to support sales efforts and raise awareness of the product.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and effective market penetration.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, acting as a thought leader and product evangelist.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and market trends, adjusting strategies to achieve key business metrics such as customer acquisition, product adoption, and upselling.
