We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Collections Team Lead in supporting the AR Manager in overseeing the end-to-end collection process and contributing in the transformation of the function for efficiency and effectiveness within our firm. The ideal candidate shall have experience in overseeing the collection activities and managing projects focusing on continuous improvement i.e. automation and digitalisation of collection processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
  • Proven experience in Collections with a focus on process transformation & optimization.
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Agile and able to think out of box for creative solutions for process improvements.
  • Ability to motivate a team, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
