Job Description: This position communicates with customers to bring resolution to unpaid accounts. He/She works to improve cash flow, minmize delinquincy, reduce Days Sales Outstanding and limit bad debt exposure through customer interaction. This position identifies and prioritizes issues impacting payment. He/She overcomes customer objections regarding payments, assists them in understanding account terms, and uses payment options and negotiation skills to arrange payments.
