About the Role The Finance Senior Executive will support the Finance Manager in ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and the smooth execution of banking and vendor-related activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across finance and compliance functions. Responsibilities Ensure accuracy of financial figures in Zoho and other accounting systems Perform variance analysis between estimated quarterly figures and actuals Assist in monthly payroll processing, including IT deductions under old/new regimes Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly Provide weekly updates on cash flow and upload AP payments Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) for timely collections Maintain and monitor the tax calendar for monthly and quarterly compliance Review GST, TDS, PF, and PT figures prior to submission Ensure timely payment of statutory dues to avoid penalties Assist FM to provide financial data and documentation for statutory audits Coordinate with auditors, Business Support Team, and Company Secretary for audit and compliance requirements Assist in organizing Board Meetings and AGM Prepare documentation for inward and outward remittances and other bank-related tasks Coordinate with vendors for timely payment processing and resolve queries Review and process business travel and other expense claims Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years of experience in finance operations or similar role Knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT) and payroll processes Proficiency in accounting software Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and coordination skills Confidentiality and integrity in handling financial data What FD offers Competitive salary Flexible working hours Clear career growth path within the firm Personal and professional skills development and training support
