We need someone who tells us where the money is.

PrintClub needs a commercially minded finance person who owns the full financial picture of the business and actively drives decisions on profitability, margins, cash flow, and efficiency — not someone who produces reports that get skimmed and filed.

The role

You'll own financial planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis — margin by product and department, cost structure, cash flow, supplier economics, inventory efficiency, and capital allocation. You report directly to the founders and you're expected to push back with data when the numbers say something different from what we want to hear.

What you'll own

• Financial planning, budgeting, and rolling 3–12 month cash-flow forecasts
• Cost control and margin analysis by product and department — find what's unprofitable and say so
• Supplier and purchasing analysis — pricing, volume terms, and the real cost of how we buy
• Inventory and working capital optimization
• Scenario modeling for growth, investment, and downside cases
• Management dashboards and reporting the founders actually use to decide
• Direct, numbers-backed recommendations — not just reporting

What success looks like

Within three months, you know our cost structure better than anyone and you've flagged a real margin problem. Within six, you're running the supplier and inventory analysis that changes how we buy. Within a year, founders plan against your forecasts, and you've put real money back on the table.

What we need

• 5+ years in FP&A or commercial finance — business partnering, not bookkeeping
• Track record building financial models used for real decisions
• Strong margin/profitability analysis at product or department level
• Advanced Excel/modeling skills; can build dashboards non-finance people understand
• Comfortable challenging a decision with data and changing the outcome

Nice to have: background in manufacturing, print, or retail; experience as the sole finance analytical function in a small/mid-size company; CFA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent.

Example of the work

A supplier offers 20% off for buying a material in bulk. You model consumption, savings, holding cost, cash impact, and risk — and come back with a number: take it, don't, or a modified version, and exactly what it's worth.

Who you are

Commercially minded, allergic to vague answers, proactive about flagging problems before you're asked. You think in return on capital, not just whether a budget balances.

Compensation: AED 6,000–7,000/month
