Finance Senior Specialist Manufacturing Be the financial and strategic support to the operational site leader Join our Team! Partner with the best The Finance Analyst for Talamona site will be responsible for the financial and strategic support to the operational site leader and is responsible for the financial results and controls of the site as well as achieving annual operating targets. As Finance Senior Specialist Manufacturing, you will: Performing period end (month, quarter, year) financial closing process as well as supporting the budget and forecasting processes for Talamona site, and all related financial reporting for P&E, indirect costing and inventory Executing site strategy and manufacturing finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities. Partnering with operations to proactively drive strategic and tactical initiatives to reach indirect cost efficiency target. Calculate OCPH /NAO for the yearly standards and track variances versus plan Partnering with the operational leaders & commodities leaders to tightly control costs, understand key drivers, provide correct visibility and translate complex financials into clear/simple metrics that the Ops team can drive. Act as champion for cost optimization initiatives Partnering with the operational leaders & HR to right-size overall headcount cost structure with projected workload. Supporting P&E and physical inventory count in compliance with applicable policies/SOX requirements and support KPMG and internal audit as needed Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of basic influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
