Responsibilities

This isn’t just another finance job. You’ll own the entire service charge process from budgeting and forecasting to auditing and reporting ensuring transparency, accuracy, and fairness for our communities.
You’ll blend your analytical strengths with stakeholder engagement, helping residents understand their service charges clearly and confidently. Your work will directly impact people’s homes and communities, giving you a rewarding sense of purpose beyond the numbers.

A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE…

  • Preparing and analysing year-end statements for variable service charges
  • Creating and managing detailed budgets scheme-by-scheme
  • Validating financial data and ensuring compliance with legislation
  • Investigating financial variances and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Managing month-end financial processes including accruals and prepayments
  • Reviewing invoices, correcting errors, and supporting cost recovery
  • Liaising with residents and other departments to ensure transparency and fairness
  • Managing your own portfolio of schemes, including regular site visits and resident communication
