Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for Finance Shared Services processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions via in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Assess and analyze training needs by working closely with FSS leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to FSS team members to ensure process adherence and compliance.
  • Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure training aligns with updated systems, policies, and regulations.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to keep training content relevant.
  • Document training activities and maintain training records for audit and compliance purposes
