Description

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs for Finance Shared Services processes, systems, and best practices.
Create training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation.
Conduct training sessions via in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching.
Assess and analyze training needs by working closely with FSS leadership and other key stakeholders.
Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Provide ongoing support and mentoring to FSS team members to ensure process adherence and compliance.
Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure training aligns with updated systems, policies, and regulations.
Assist in identifying process improvements and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to keep training content relevant.
Document training activities and maintain training records for audit and compliance purposes
