In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and providing valuable insights to support our strategic decision-making process. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities. Perform reconciliations of accounts and identify discrepancies for resolution. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Provide financial analysis and insights to management to inform decision-making. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Greek and proficiency in English.
