This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a willingness to work across multiple operational sites. Key Responsibilities: Support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities for GSC operations Ensure compliance with enterprise financial standards, policies, and procedures Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance Participate in financial audits and support audit preparation activities Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support process improvements and standardization initiatives across departments Travel to different sites as needed to support operations and financial activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Oil & Gas (O&G) industry Exposure to audit processes or financial compliance Experience working with cross-functional or global teams Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders Willingness to travel and work across different operational sites Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Work Environment: Office-based role Occasional travel to operational sites may be required Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
