Description

You will actively participate in shaping the financial management of GC&C Germany and support the creation of forecasts, plans and multi-year projections.
You analyze business developments, prepare management reports, and derive well-founded recommendations for action for various stakeholders.
You support portfolio management through in-depth analyses and contribute to the management of profitability, portfolio development and performance.
You advise management and specialist departments on financial and strategic issues and contribute your analytical expertise to important decisions.
You will take responsibility for defined areas of cost, budget and FTE controlling, continuously develop management tools and work closely with national and international stakeholders in strategic and operational projects.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in controlling, ideally in the insurance sector.
You possess strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of financial and accounting topics, particularly German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS 17.
You have experience in creating and tailoring management reports to different stakeholders.
You work in a structured, independent and proactive manner, and you maintain an overview even when dealing with complex issues.
You impress with your strong communication skills and
