Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented FAT Officer to manage our daily financial operations, accounting lifecycle, and tax compliance. This role bridges the gap between technical accounting and operational efficiency, working closely with management to ensure our financial health is accurately recorded and reported. Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Financial Operations Accounts Receivable (AR): Create and send client invoices, monitor aging reports, and perform follow-ups/reminders via phone or email to ensure timely collections. Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments, review documentation for accuracy before disbursement, and manage expense claims. Cash Management: Handle petty cash, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and monitor daily cash flow to support effective operations. 2. Accounting & Reporting General Ledger: Record all business transactions (sales, deposits, expenses) and post journal entries into the accounting system. Documentation: Maintain rigorous filing systems and proper documentation for all financial records to ensure audit readiness. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly A/R reports, assist in budgeting, and support cost control activities. 3. Tax & Compliance Tax Compliance: Manage VAT and withholding tax (PPh) in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Filings: Prepare and support monthly and annual tax reports and filings. Regulations: Ensure all operations remain compliant with company policies and government standards. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (High-performing fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar). Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (VAT & PPh). Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Soft Skills: High integrity, well-organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently within an international team environment.
