Responsibilities

This role will lead the development and execution of the Finance Transformation Program roadmap and foster a culture of continuous improvements and adaptability within the finance team.
They will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders and external partners to drive successful program outcomes.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a role driving transformational initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Whiteboard, Lucidchart.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communicator across all formats – including the ability to modify tone and message to effectively engage with a diverse range of audiences, including our senior Executives, Finance team, IT team, other Heart Foundation teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to earn the respect and trust of colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to be agile to solve complex problems with a strategic lens.
