Inc. is looking for Finance Subject Matter Expert JOB PURPOSE Finance support on Process management and Transition Project Management. JOB RESPONSIBILITES PROCESS MANAGEMENT Design, Implement, and optimize back-office processes under shared service scope to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global standards. Standardize processes across multiple delivery locations to ensure consistency in service delivery Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance customer experience and optimize resource utilization TRANSITION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT Lead the end-to-end transition back-office activities from various countries into the shared services or BPO model with special focus on Record to Report (R2R) transitions. This can also include reverse transition from BPO into captive Epta Shared services Drive Transition Management (PMO support, steering meetings, status/action/risk/issue tracking, maintain project trackers) Drive Transition Work Shadowing, Reverse Work Shadowing, Go-live and Stabilization support (support for complex topics, follow-up training progress, manage re-scheduling requests during financial closing, collect and escalate IT issues, facilitate daily/weekly status calls, manage any other issue during financial closing and continuous follow up to ensure full success of the transition) Utilize Project Management Methodologies to track transition effectiveness and ensure continuos improvement regarding transition execution Work closely together with the international functional colleagues CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Provide support on standardization and harmonization of Finance processes and policies driven by the Business Process Owners, and other global teams. Identify potential process improvement opportunities, and implement as necessary. Provide support on digital transformation initiatives (i.e., system upgrades, RPA, AWS etc). STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Proactively identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and other departments JOB QUALIFICATION Professional background > 3-5 years working experience in a BPO/shared services environment in a similar role, as Finance Process Expert and Transition Management Experience in SAP ERP platform Educational background Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
