Description
As a Finance Student, you will work alongside treasury team to understand how financing, cash flow, and project execution intersect across residential, commercial, and land development. You will support real financing activity—loan draws, reporting, and pro formas—while building a working understanding of how projects are funded, monitored, and delivered. You won’t just compile data. You’ll help explain what it means. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Support review of mortgage and project loan applications under an asset-secured model. * Assist in preparation of financing packages and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor interest rates, credit availability, and market indicators and summarize key insights. * Support monthly reporting to financial institutions (compliance certificates, margin reporting). * Assist with loan draw requests, including coordination with internal teams and third parties. * Track and support Letters of Credit (LCs) and related documentation. * Contribute to development pro formas and basic financial modeling. * Help analyze financing proposals for new projects (housing, land, commercial). * Performs other related duties as assigned.
