POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Finance Supervisor to take charge of our financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers, a passion for process optimization, and a commitment to excellence. You will manage the full set of accounts and play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, ensuring proper categorization and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Manage the general ledger (GL) and ensure all entries are accurate and compliant with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and finalize month-end and year-end financial reports, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of trial balances, adjusting entries as necessary.
  • Reconcile bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other financial ledgers.
  • Develop and deliver financial statements, profit and loss analyses, and variance reports.
  • Provide insights into financial performance to guide business decisions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, including tax filings, audit requirements, and other legal obligations.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing financial processes and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to integrate automated solutions for accounting and reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation of processes to maintain clarity and support audits.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations, HR, and sales, to align financial practices with business goals.
  • Evaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive cost control initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
