POSITION SUMMARY:

The Finance & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing, supervising, and executing the Accounting, Reporting, and Supply Chain functions of the business to achieve company strategic objectives. This position is responsible and accountable for ensuring the day-to-day work is completed to company standards. The Finance & Supply Chain Manager may need to attend meetings, respond to urgent issues, and be available for consultation outside normal work hours. Travel is not anticipated but may be needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable following written instructions for accounting software and computer system

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Company policy requires a collaborative approach to recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating, and terminating people that fill roles for the company. Within that framework, and in accordance with company policy, this position has the following supervisory responsibilities:

  • Participating in the hiring and training process for the Finance & Supply Chain team.
  • Supervising the work and schedules of the Finance & Supply Chain team.
  • Participating in performance evaluations for the Finance & Supply Chain team that are timely and constructive.
  • Participation in discipline and termination of employees as needed
