Your tasks may include, but are not limited to

• Support the organization on ad-hoc project requests related to improvement, and automation of Order-to-Invoice services delivered to internal and external customers
• Assess team relevant KPIs and develop a regular KPI reporting to create transparency on the support offering provided, improvements generated, and backlog tracking of requirements
• Define requirements of the “organization of the future” by reviewing and documenting service offerings for internal and external customers
• Redesign communication channels: template creation, revisioning of the filing structure of documents, rework of workzones, etc.
• Review documentation of operational procedures, structuring of documents, assess and implement alternative tools for better user experience on operational procedures
