Working within a busy healthcare environment, you'll provide administrative and transactional support across patient accounts, Medicare and health fund processing, payment arrangements, and account management, helping to ensure a seamless experience for both patients and staff. You'll contribute to the accuracy of financial and patient records, support billing and debt recovery processes, and provide clear advice on fees, accounts and payment options.
