Stabilise, enhance, and optimize key finance workflows in our ERP (NetSuite), including Procure-to-Pay, approval processes, and system controls Provide functional support to ERP (NetSuite) users across the organisation Ensure that our ERP (NetSuite) continues to operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with the company’s operational and reporting requirements Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related course At least 5 years of relevant experience in netsuite and stakeholder management Functional and technical experience in ERP (NetSuite) implementation, and post-go-live support, and Experience in business process optimization, and driving system improvements, mainly across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations Strong accounting and finance background Strong problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Project Management, and effectively able to prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Familiarity working in a tech startups or in hyper growth and scaling environments CPA preferred/advantaged, but not required
