KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in accounting/financial consolidation & planning system experience, some OneStream experience
• Technical knowledge or experience with some understanding of accounting
• SAP maintenance experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of financial functions, procedures, and processes
• Prior responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of system upgrades, integrations, and support

In this role, you will support the design, delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Group EPM platform, OneStream which is used for financial consolidation & reporting and Group Planning.

The role will also support the rollout of additional modules like account reconciliations, ESG Reporting.

• Gather and document functional business processes and requirements, including building and managing metadata, dashboards, cube views, forms, rules, workflows, and connectors.
• Train and assist end-users with system functionality, new features, process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot system issues with Finance teams and implementation partners, with a timely resolve
• Assist with OneStream version and module upgrades/additions, including research, design, setup and test financial systems for enhancements
• Complete and maintain documentation to support the Company’s control activities related to OneStream administration.
• Serve as a liaison between the Accounting/Finance function and IT who understands the business and technical side of projects.
