FINANCE SYSTEMS ANALYST – MANUFACTURING | LONGFORD

I am partnering with my client, a well-established manufacturing company in the Longford region, to recruit a Finance Systems Analyst. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business transformation, optimise finance systems, and enhance reporting processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and Finance team.

FINANCE SYSTEMS ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in Finance, Management Accounting, or Business Systems Analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP ERP experience, particularly in finance modules, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proven expertise in project management, change management, and process optimisation.
• Experience working with Power BI, SQL, and other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between finance, IT, and operations.

• Support financial reporting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis through ERP and reporting tools.
• Act as a super user for SAP and business systems, driving system improvements, adoption, and efficiency.
• Work with finance and operational teams to streamline financial reporting and cost analysis within the manufacturing environment.
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Train departments on system best practices, improving adoption in finance and operations.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to enhance financial and operational insights.
• Support business process changes to improve system utilisation and financial reporting accuracy.
