We are working on behalf of a leading organisation currently delivering a major finance systems transformation. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Finance Systems Business Analyst (D365 F&O) to support the successful design, implementation, and embedding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) across core finance functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a high-profile ERP programme, ensuring processes are optimised, compliant, and ready to support long-term business growth.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or similar) - desirable but not essential.
  • Strong, hands-on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
  • Proven ability to document and communicate complex process maps (Visio or similar).
  • A track record of delivering solutions that balance compliance, efficiency, and business value.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Analyse, document, and map finance processes, capturing both “As-Is” and “To-Be” workflows.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, implementation partners, and global process owners to design and configure fit-for-purpose solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Provide expertise across key process areas including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Stock Management, Cash & Bank, Credit & Collection, Intercompany, and Consolidation.
  • Run workshops with stakeholders to identify gaps, validate requirements, and promote best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient, system-driven processes that minimise manual intervention.
  • Support configuration, documentation, and readiness for User Acceptance Testing and Go Live.
