About the role We are looking for a Finance Systems Business Partner to modernise finance systems, improve data quality, and support our future ERP journey. This role sits at the centre of Finance, IT, and Digital Transformation, helping shape how data and systems support our fast-growing international business. If you are a tech‑savvy finance professional who thrives on modernising systems, improving data quality, and partnering across a global business, then we would love to hear from you What you’ll do Optimise and enhance finance systems across global operations Act as Finance’s systems lead for future ERP implementation Develop automated reporting using Power BI and Power Query Improve data governance and master data quality Partner with operational teams across Trading, MRO, and Supply Chain Lead training, documentation, and digital adoption Support controls, compliance, and continuous improvement projects What we’re looking for Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience in finance systems, digital finance, or transformation Strong knowledge of finance processes and reporting Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel skills Excellent communicator and collaborative business partner Desirable: aviation or asset-heavy industry experience, ERP project experience, SQL or automation know-how.
