WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Acting as the key liaison between finance and systems teams during the rollout of a new billing system
• Documenting and embedding compliant processes across the billing and credit control functions
• Delivering user training and supporting staff throughout the transition and beyond
• Overseeing accurate data migration and assisting with parallel run activities
• Supporting the cash allocation and credit control team during the second phase of rollout
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and confidently
• Contributing to wider system and process improvement initiatives as needed
