Description

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.
Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we’re just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.
We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Integration Consultant for a 12-month, part-time contractor engagement to lead the FP&A and Controlling streams of our ERP and planning tool integration.
You will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring finance systems are configured to enable real-time, scalable, and harmonised reporting across multiple countries.

This is a strategic and delivery-focused role, suited to someone with deep consulting experience, a strong understanding of finance systems, and a passion for shaping transformation from the ground up.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all FP&A and Controlling system requirements.
  • Translate complex financial planning needs into clear system designs and scalable workflows.
  • Align stakeholders across countries, functions, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Document workflows and lead knowledge sharing and training activities.
  • Support user testing, post-go-live improvements, and continuous optimisation.
  • Deliver against clear project KPIs related to integration quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • You have led five or more full-cycle ERP/planning tool integrations (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Pigment).
  • You bring strong project management skills in finance/controlling environments.
  • You understand financial planning processes and how to build systems around them.
  • You’ve worked across multiple geographies and are skilled at managing diverse stakeholder needs.
  • You have prior experience in consulting (Big 4, boutique, or freelance).
  • You are proactive, structured, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
  • A unique part-time contract role with global impact.
  • A mission-driven, inclusive team focused on empowering patients and each other.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible working hours.
  • Competitive salary.
