YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead dispersed teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management practices.
  • Proven experience with the full lifecycle of SAP implementation phases, from project preparation to post-go-live support (preferably within Finance).
  • Business experience in SAP and, preferably, other finance-related applications.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Deep understanding of core business processes (Finance, Production, Logistics, Procurement, etc.) and their interconnectivity.
  • Ability to manage a broad range of stakeholders from different cultures and functions.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Finance Systems & Integration Team, providing mentorship and oversight to 5 team members.
  • Manage the relationship with IT to ensure alignment and prioritization of tasks.
  • Drive SAP development and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and integration of financial systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability in both accounting and master data areas.
  • Plan, oversee, and monitor SAP and Concur changes, including setting up project teams and coordinating user requirement specifications.
  • Manage activity and project plans in alignment with IT, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including system workflows, integration processes, and user guides.
  • Coordinate and support cutover activities, ensuring smooth data transfer from testing to production environments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to implement and standardize processes across sites and functions.
