You’re confident navigating platforms like Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, and you enjoy using your analytical strengths to solve problems, interpret financial data, and improve the way systems and processes operate. With a keen eye for efficiency, you naturally look for opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance accuracy across finance operations. About The Role As the Finance Systems Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central while supporting day-to-day system operations. You’ll maintain and configure finance systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and look for opportunities to streamline and automate processes. Working closely with finance and IT teams, you’ll provide guidance, training, and technical support to ensure the business gets the best out of its financial systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and making meaningful improvements across finance operations. Key responsibilities will include: System Transition: Lead and support the transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring technical and operational alignment Configuration & Support: Design, configure, and maintain the financial software to meet the needs of the finance department and broader business. Process Improvement: Analyse and enhance accounting processes to improve productivity, accuracy, and efficiency through automation. Integration Support: Provide day-to-day support for system integrations, including Coupa (Accounts Payable) and Revel (POS). Training & Development: Train finance team members in the effective use of accounting systems and ensure their understanding of best practices.
