Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Systems Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll support NetSuite implementation and enhance our finance systems with a focus on automating and optimizing processes related to banking, accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and general ledger operations. Job Description:

• Coordinate end-to-end NetSuite implementation for all business units.
• Maintain and support NetSuite administration ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Configure workflows and troubleshoot issues within finance applications.
• Assist with month-end close processes by ensuring timely and accurate flow of system data into accounting ledgers.
• Support optimization of P2P, O2C, A2R workflows, as well as NetSuite system integrations.
• Manage intercompany transaction entries, reconciliations, and reporting through system automation.
• Work closely with IT and vendors on finance system upgrades, testing, and user acceptance.
• Train finance users on systems and process improvements.
• Support compliance and audit activities by ensuring proper controls and documentation are maintained.
