As our Finance Systems Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Finance at Stockland. Acting as the key link between Finance and Technology, you'll drive continuous improvement across our Finance systems landscape, helping our teams unlock greater value from platforms such as SAP and Anaplan while supporting our broader Finance transformation journey.

A commercially minded Finance leader with deep Finance process expertise and strong stakeholder engagement skills who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You'll bring a passion for continuous improvement and a practical understanding of Finance systems, enabling Finance teams to work smarter, simplify processes and enhance business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Join our Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise Services team in 12-month contract role, reporting to the Group Head of Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise Services, you will:

• Act as the business owner and champion for Finance systems across Stockland, partnering with Finance, Technology and external delivery partners to maximise system capability and drive improvement opportunities.
• Lead the identification, prioritisation and delivery of Finance system enhancements, ensuring business needs, controls, data quality and strategic objectives remain aligned.
• Drive process optimisation across planning, reporting, period end close, reconciliations and other core Finance functions to improve efficiency and reduce manual workarounds.
• Play a key role in supporting Finance transformation initiatives, helping shape future state processes, system roadmaps and capabilities that enable better business outcomes.

You enjoy working across diverse stakeholder groups, solving complex business challenges and translating strategic goals into practical solutions that deliver real value.

Experience & Skills That Count

• CA or CPA qualified with strong experience operating within a complex Finance environment.
• Deep understanding of Finance processes including Record to Report, Planning & Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Capital Accounting and Management Reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Finance modules and experience with planning platforms such as Anaplan.
• Proven ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Finance, Technology and business teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
