Are you an experienced accountant who enjoys combining technical finance, people leadership and process improvement?
Mercy Connect is seeking a Finance Team Leader to lead the day-to-day operation of our established Finance Team. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, accounts payable, accounts receivable and finance systems improvement.
Working closely with the Finance & Technology Manager and Chief Financial Officer, you will help translate financial information into practical insights, strengthen finance capability and support sound operational and strategic decision-making.
This is an opportunity to do more than maintain existing processes. You will have genuine scope to improve reporting, streamline workflows, introduce automation and help expand our contemporary, responsive and data-driven finance function.
