EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Third-level degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
• 2 years in a finance role in the FMCG sector, with experience in cross-functional collaboration between departments and accounting transactions for FMCG strongly desirable
• Experience with preparing P&L accounts strongly desirable
• Knowledge and experience of ERP packages.
• Disciplined in the execution of plans and schedules.
• Very good communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical skills, process-oriented focus.

The primary responsibility of this role will be the involvement in the Financial Management of key internal projects.
Implement and ensure financial control from beginning to end across projects.
Collaborate with Supply Chain colleagues to monitor and analyse ERP system data to ensure accurate recording of financial information for orders.
Coordinate financial management between the KGP Finance team and Dublin Co-op Finance team.
Ensure monthly reconciliation of orders is completed on a timely basis.
Work closely with project teams to enable implementation of long-term solutions.
Work closely with the Co-op Finance team on supporting month end, Budget and cash flow forecasting.
Collate and produce reports on financial information relevant to projects for managers.
