Job Description Endava School of Finance, a 6-month paid training and practice program designed to help junior talent grow into Finance professionals. You’ll learn by doing — working on real ”Business as Usual” activities alongside experienced Finance colleagues — and the best performers will might secure permanent roles in Endava Finance at the end of the program. What you’ll learn: 💼 Order to Cash (O2C) end-to-end processes 📄 Contract review, billing & revenue basics 🧾 Invoice preparation and validation in Oracle 💰 Collections & Cash Application 📊 Month-end close, reporting, forecasting & budgeting 🤝 Collaboration with Project Management, Sales, and other Finance teams Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree education with major in Accounting, Finance or similar. Current undergraduate students are also accepted. Previous Experience Internships/Volunteering in Finance/Accounting/ or Similar Field is a plus. Prior Knowledge and Skills Good numeracy and analytical skills Strong motivation and commitment towards a career in Finance Basic knowledge of Excel Passionate about financial modelling skills Good presentation skills A proactive, fast learning person Good written and verbal communication skills Advanced knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written form. Organized and easily adaptable to a fast-changing work environment.
